Production Process has supplied Manufacturing Information systems and instruments for 25 years. Its flagship offering, ProductionACE, is an economical, Windows-based, Web-enabled, practical and proven Manufacturing Information System. It provides a real-time window onto any machine-based manufacturing process by collecting data from rugged machine/operator interfaces (Machine Data Transducers), one mounted on each production machine. The system provides machine productivity/status monitoring, production reporting, drag and drop production scheduling/job tracking and usage-based Preventive Maintenance. It calculates and displays machine utilization/OEE, performance against standard, cycle time and rate and records runtime, part counts, rejects and downtime by category, operator productivity and lot numbers.
